hi johnny
yes man this news is really true. a consultant who is in daily touch with the WORKING VISA OFFICERS, at CHC ND, has confirmed this fact, that currently those applicants are getting MEDICALS, who submitted their full documents in APRIL 2010. anyways, u have to wait patiently till u complete 11 months from full document submission. after that time u can send CHC ND a case specific enquiry, but if u contact them before that, they won't reply to u. this is what they have stated in their web-site, www.cic.gc.ca
one more thing, i think we can all bear a delay of 2-3 months. c'mon man, they are also human beings like us. no one is perfect. and we all know that IST ( INDIAN STANDARD TIME ) is always 1-2 hrs late. so relax, chill.

@April cases are on

Its not totally based on "first in first out" system.

Check the canadavisa and trackitt blogs, you can see that are many applicants whose files are transferred in May & June and still got the e-CAS status to "in process" when there are many applicants from last Jan 2010 still waiting for their status change to "in process".

I sent a case specific inquiry to CHC ND today.
Lets see what they say or don't say.

My boss is gonna get a transfer so I hope I get medical request before this transfer so that I won't have to inform CHC ND regarding this change.
It will be a pain in a** getting visiting card from my new boss.

Nano,if we go in reality then it is true that CIC is working on files with FT in march.They are working on these files since january 2011.How much time they took for march ?,which is yet seen pending.I mean they are taking three and half months to complete one month FT.

I joined this forum in April 2010 & I remember at that time CHC Delhi was processing Jan & Feb. 2010 FTD & it's been 1 whole year & they are still stuck at March 2010 FTD !!

I think we should all send Case specific inquiry to CHC.

Nothing will happen with case specific enquiries.more bad for applicants waiting for immigration is that Conservatives are expect to come again as the ruling party and it will very bad for us.Lets us pray for Librals as they are good for us.
