hi parygre
i think that we pre june 2010 applicants have to wait longer for any reply, because CHC ND is currently giving priority to post june 2010 applicants whose NOC is in great demand. we people belong to NOC'S that are now omitted from the list and also we are in greater number, hence they will process our application as per the required demand. i hope i am wrong and we all get medicals soon.

I JUST TALKED TO ONE OF THE CONSULTANTS. HE TOLD ME THAT RIGHT NOW THOSE APPLICANTS WHO HAVE SENT THEIR FULL DOCUMENTS TO CHC ND IN THE MONTH OF APRIL 2010 ARE GETTING MEDICAL REQUESTS. HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT THE PROCESS WAS RUNNING VERY SLOW, BUT NOW CHC ND IS WORKING VERY VERY FAST, AND DON'T BE SURPRISED BY THE MIRACLES HAPPENING EVERY TUESDAY FROM NOW ONWARDS.
 
Thanks for sharing but i was given the impression that processing is by FTD not submission date

ACTUALLY THE NEWS THAT I GOT WAS GIVEN FROM A CONSULTANT, WHO WAS EARLIER WORKING IN CHC ND AS A VISA OFFICER AND SHE KNOWS EVERYTHING ABOUT THE INTERNAL FUNCTIONING OF CHC ND.
 
ONE MORE THING. I THINK BEFORE 30TH JUNE 2011, CHC ND WOULD FINALIZE ALL THE PRE JUNE 2010 CASES. IF THEY DO NOT DO IT, THEN ALL THEIR FUTURE CALCULATIONS WOULD GO WRONG.

good inputs by you. BUT at this moment these are all calculations and speculations, Unless we see someone out of us actually getting medical papers/ interview/ docs request or anything.

yes man this news is really true. a consultant who is in daily touch with the WORKING VISA OFFICERS, at CHC ND, has confirmed this fact, that currently those applicants are getting MEDICALS, who submitted their full documents in APRIL 2010. anyways, u have to wait patiently till u complete 11 months from full document submission. after that time u can send CHC ND a case specific enquiry, but if u contact them before that, they won't reply to u. this is what they have stated in their web-site, www.cic.gc.ca
one more thing, i think we can all bear a delay of 2-3 months. c'mon man, they are also human beings like us. no one is perfect. and we all know that IST ( INDIAN STANDARD TIME ) is always 1-2 hrs late. so relax, chill.
 
It looks that the information provided bt HITESH is authenticated.We are to wait and watch as he is reliable member of the forum.

i have checked this list and i am assuming that there is something wrong NOC 0213 as in the list u can see lots of in process status but none of them with noc 0213

anyone have any information regarding that hope that i am wrong and they are treating all noc's normally
