February 2024 Inland Spousal Sponsorship

My representative got an update and he forwarded me the P1 email. And the date in the email is for today.
So the initial VO was Mississauga but P1 came from Montreal, I guess mostly it’s same for all of the inland applications.
I mean after passing the medical and biometrics? Sorry, I should have been more specific. Thank you so much!
So I did not do medical because they used my previous one which I have done in 2023 with my other work permit, biometric I have done in 27th June. So after 3 months I have got the P1. I have applied in February and currently I have seen mostly February inland are getting their P1. When did you apply?
We applied last March 28, and has been waiting since July 4 (last update, Medical Passed). My wife was also Medical Exempt as she had done one for her WP before. We are just anxious because her WP will be expiring on March 2025.
Did you complete with eligibility? And did you get pre arrival? I am not sure I should say this or not but if the trend continues then you should be getting P1 by November/December at least. Since the February applicants are getting now so.
Yes, we did receive pre-arrival and eligibility. This is our timeline so far.
