Sorry to hear that.... I would advise you to call the IRCC cust care and get an update on the status. If you've shared your email addressed, check your junk email folder for the AOR email. Also, order your GCMS notes to get a more concrete update. Hope this move soon from here, but don't worry! IRCC will make up for the lost time eventually

What would be the best number to reach IRCC customer care? I have been trying 1-888-242-2100 from a couple of weeks but never lets me connect with an agent. Do you have another number?

It’s just that one, and yes, they are hard to reach but should get through early morning around 8am Eastern or by trying a few times .. good luck

AOR 21 march 2023
Background check completed 17 april 2023

and nothing else ever since, not even test invite. What should I do?

Hi Everyone

putting a question for someone i know.

he got a call from citizenship Mississauga office from 289-795-3428 telling that he took test on 18th june and she is marking the test as invalid because there was not proper lightening while taking the test.
and that he will get another test invite in few weeks.

but he didn't receive any email for the same.

does it happen?
& is the phn number legit?

Many people receive email for invalid test and there are some who received call too. If only test is invalid and you will receive another invite was the communication, it would be legit.

[cross posted in January and February thread]
I got lucky today and was able to connect with an IRCC agent over the phone. I was told that since I have not been asked to provide any additional documents (as of yet), I should consider my application as routine. And for family applications it is normal for one applicant to clear a step before the others (background check in my case: my spouse's background check was completed on 30th May but there has been no change in the status of my and my kid's application). Lastly, I was told that my application is being processed at the Ottawa office. Any ideas if Ottawa office is slow/fast/okish?

Here's the complete timeline for my application:

Hey can someone please update the sheet line 34? Decision Made is June 30th, not June 21. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure LLP completed is DM. Paper applicants see this info on the ECAS tracker but I don't think it reflects on the other tracker. At least it doesn't for me.
