Hello Guys,

I have received test invite as well and the window is from April 17th - May 7th 2023. Honestly I have been so busy with my job, have not had chance to prepare for the test. Any suggestions/ideas to prepare for it much appreciated?

Thanks

Fingerprints required
Background verification
We sent you a letter or email with instructions to submit your fingerprints.
After fingerprints do we get a notification once ircc received it? And how many days it will take?

A que related to Test - Do they check the names of MPs/MLAs/Councilors - how is the jurisdiction determined? The reason I ask is that I have moved since I applied for citizenship so which jurisdiction (Postal code) should I refer to while remembering these names?

Congratulations , if you don’t mind how is look like the exam ? Because I heard it’s tricky questions
Thank you. 10 questions were easy, 5 medium, but for the other 5 questions I found them kind of tricky. I have problem with dates and I was lucky there was no dates. The only challenging thing was people names and who they are or what were they famous for? Because I had difficult time memorizing names and dates.

A usual suggestion for test takers. The test seems easy but it can be a turnaround. Prepare well. Read/Listen to the book. Re-read/listen again. Dont, target for 15 only. Google search for sample tests/questions. work on your weaknesses. Best of luck.

I am just wondering, how applicants know their application processing location. I tied hard. Read every document but was not able to trace the processing center. By the way, I am from Toronto and RCMP FP was supposed to submit to Vancouver. Where can I exactly find my file location?

Same here mine was also to be sent to IRCC Vancouver. Do you know how much time it takes to update the fingerprint records? what was your timeline?

I just realized that I did not write my first (given) name while signing/submitting the online citizenship application. I remember it being not a mandatory field. Anyone else did the same? Will the app be returned for resubmission? Anyone received AOR with only last name printed in sign and submit page?
