@yankyridzz I received an email from Sidney office to tell me that my application was returned because it was incomplete. In your case, when you resubmitted it, did you generate new QR codes, updated the physical presence info, etc? or did you reuse the same as in the original application and just added the missing document/info?

I have now submitted passport, pr card, school record, and health card

I submitted Passport and Health Card. Now thinking about it, the passport of one of my kids expired two weeks prior to the submission, so not sure whether this is the issue for considering the application as incomplete (they do not mention that the ID should be a valid one, and still, hard to believe that they prefer a school record rather than a passport).
