I got a letter today regarding non-submission of two identification documents for my child. Any suggestions on next steps? Her Indian passport is there and Canadian PR card. Apart from this what else can be submitted.

Thanks for answering. When your application was delivered and when did you get your application back? I am trying to understand how IRCC works, because I have no news and it starts to be frustrating :(
My application was delivered on 15 Feb. I received my returned package on 28 March

ok, so in my case maybe they have forgotten my application somewhere lol. Delivered 8 days before yours and one week after you got yours back, I have nothing.... I think the only thing left is patience :)

It's not likely they lost it, but they seem very disorganized. Every step of the way dealing with IRCC has been extremely stressful, I can't wait to become a citizen so I only have to deal with them once every 10 years for passport.

I got my application back in mail today (previously delivered on Feb 17) as expected due to missing ID for my child. I just returned it today, anyone know if the application has any sort of priority as it already got some work/ review from the case processor, or it will be treated as new application? Thank you.

It will be a completely new submission, if you didn't get AOR, it means they didn't start processing your application, there's not even an application number before AOR.
