You have to submit original.

They don't specify a grace period but if you're submitting soon, you should be fine - it seems at minmum they give several months. Or possibly accept the previous version until the next version (after this one) comes out.

No guarantees but you shoudl be okay.

I just checked the form. It’s literally identical with the Oct 2020 version. I’ve not yet mailed my application but do I really have to fill and send the new form ?

i am filling IMM5532 PARTC Question 4 for the travel trips of sponsor, the from and to date is listed as YYYY-MM, however when i enter in the table even if i dont enter date it adds a default of 01 so it makes it YYY-MM-DD, has anyone faced this issue ? what is the recommendation?

My file was transferred to Etobicok by July 09, 2020. When I checked my status online today, it just shows in progress after a long time that it was showing file received. How long this would take to DM for my APR?

We received our AOR on February 20th and as of today no biometrics request, medical request nor sponsor approval - it definitely seems all applications are handled differently and all will have slightly different timelines. Hoping to get these soon though, as I know the big wait comes once all of these are handled.

hi CanadianinCali - did you put sponsorship application type on the fedex envelope, i am just wondering how the CIC will know what type of application as the address doesnt state that specifically.

all outland applications goes to CPC Sydney and all inland goes to CPC Mississauga so probably that's how they differentiate

You can consider that the AOR step is done even if you didn't get the AOR letter. These used to be more strictly in order (AOR first or simultaneously) but lately has not always been the case.

I got AOR email after a day or so (first Bio metrics,SA then medicals and last AOR) in span of two days.so you should be getting tomorrow or so..
