Hi everyone. Quick question.
I just sent off our package yesterday, and noticed that they have updated form imm0008 generic Jan.2020.
Ours were the 2019 forms. As we had signed them in December 2019, but due to dependent child issues we had a delay.
Is there a chance our package will be sent back because of that? Please help

Not a problem... there's a grace period for using old forms. Otherwise it would have been difficult once one has finished preparing all documents and then there is an update of a form. Or when one spouse signs their forms and needs to send a form to another spouse in a different country for signatures, and then suddenly cic updates a form.

Just make sure the dates where you signed is atleast not more than 60 days old. (Or 90)

Send a case specif enquiry via webform to have your address corrected

We got AOR1 on 15th Feb, however I am still not able to link my account online. Tried a number of combinations.
Is there something specific to keep in mind while trying to do so?

Number of Applicants is 2 or add the number of dependents even if non-accomp.
Follow your passport or look at a copy of your IMM0008 enter what you put on there. Took me 3 days to figure out to add my Non-Acc Dep. lol

I called in and they told me. But yes...That should help.

Yesterday made 2months since we signed the forms. Itll cost apprx $200 for my husband to signed that new form and send it back to me. I truly hope this will not be the case.

I as a sponsor have not received link from CIC to link to online. However, principal applicant got biometric and medical request. I got Sponsor Approval AOR1.

Please advise...

PS: I am the representative of my principal applicant
