guys if we notice something missing in our application after application submission and before AOR1. is there any way to send the missing document or to report to ircc. and which way we can let them know, and what would be the reference number in that case.
If the application is found to be incomplete it will be returned. In this case, i'm not sure if they will assign a file number. It might however have a temporary file number which you can get when you call them, if they give you one, you can use it when sending the missing document.
Otherwise if you have a UCI (from previous applications/communications with cic), you can use the UCI. You re-send the missing document, attach a letter of explanation with your details, sponsors details (including UCI). And then call them as well asking them to link the new forms to your application package.
Send the missing document and LOE using both, the WEBFORM and Courier. And don't forget to call them as well
