Hi those who u have allready done medical ..i need some info .. i haven't got any medical request yet ..but um planning to do it earlier coz here in winnipeg it take upto 30 days to get an appointment .. so my question is can i do it before i get the request from cic? .. or in the request do they send any kind of form to show to the doctor ? Nd i heard that the doctor upload the result to cic .. so what exactly i need to submit when a medical is asked .. ? If anyone can advise me it would be helpful..

You can't do it before they request you to go for medical. It's been changed with this new process and yes they do send you a form which you have to submit to the doctor while you're going for medical. They'll upload the medical results!

Thanks .. um doing outland application .. so the doc will upload .. then i just need to give the test nd there will be nothing to upload from my side right ? But how do i inform them then that i have done the medical .

No worries, yes the doctor will upload and CIC will be informed that Medical has been done. Once it's been uploaded you could see it in ECAS and MyCIC it should "You passed the Medical in MyCIC" and Medical results have been received in ECAS. You don't have to inform CIC/IRCC if that's what you're asking.

No worries, yes the doctor will upload and CIC will be informed that Medical has been done. Once it's been uploaded you could see it in ECAS and MyCIC it should "You passed the Medical in MyCIC" and Medical results have been received in ECAS. You don't have to inform CIC/IRCC if that's what you're asking.

Canadian finger prints and Canadian background check
FBI finger prints and background check.
Schedule A filled out.

Jan 24 Linked APP (After Several Tries...and was only successful because of suggestions from this forum)
Jan 26 SA
Jan 31 AOR 2 (File Transferred to CPC Ottawa)
Mar 3 Medical request
Mar 15 Sent Medical Results
Apr 4 PPR
Apr 6 Sent requirements for COPR
Soon Landing

*sent police clearance (NBI from the Philippines, and FBI from the US) Schedule A upfront.

Yes,There is no barcode after validating. Because you are uploading this form online.

I sent my medical exam along with my application,they still request me to do the medical . When did you receive your Aor1, when did you do your medical exam?

Med was done November 28th, 2016.
App was filed Feb 3rd 2017
Received Feb 6th 2017
AOR1 Feb 22nd
App Linked Feb 23rd
Schedule A requested Feb 24th
Schedule A sent Feb 25th
Med Passed Feb 25th
SA March 3rd
File Transferred March 6th
AOR2 March 9th

Waiting now. But Med and PCC Were both sent with App and so far Med has been passed and PCC hasn't been requested. So you CAN send your Med with your app. However I would recommend just doing it once your file has been received, if you haven't done it already.
