2 to 3 months is brutal! In the UK I sent for my PC on the 6th Feb and received it on the 13th Feb.

I assume that this is only confirmation that they have physically received the package.
Mine was received on the 10th and I'm awaiting AOR which is the "review your application to make sure it’s complete" stage.
From what I gather this takes a week or 2 after physically receiving the application.

Submitted my application yesterday! Very nervous, definitely keep looking over the checklist online wondering if somehow I forgot anything. It arrived this morning at 10 am so hopefully we'll know soon if there's something wrong with it or if they'll process. Fingers crossed for everyone!

Keep on posting. Once you have more than 10 posts, you should be able to update your profile and input your own timeline just like most of us here do.

That's amazing. Are you currently residing in the UK? My Husband is dual Brit and Aussie, living in Aus and it took us almost 2 months to receive his UK check and it was a timely process to even apply for it. I'm assuming that's because he doesn't reside there and hasn't in over 10 years.

Yep we're living in London. There was even an option to get it in 2 days (double the cost)

"You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative has been forwarded to the visa office in CPC-Ottawa for further processing"

I think this means I got SA?

We submitted in December yes, but got it returned to us :/ in January, I think... so we resubmitted in January. But then we got an email saying we were missing a form on the 2nd of Feb and we sent them the form back on that day and today we heard from them .
So I think our application went back in queue when we resubmitted in January.

Yes, it went to the sponsor. But I'm here as well .

"Great news! The IRCC mailroom got your family class sponsorship package. you'll get a letter or e-mail from IRCC once processing starts"

Hi everyone,

I'm hanging out here now. It's too depressing hanging out with the Jan 2017 Outland group as I am in limbo waiting for my AOR1 (app was received Jan 25 and it seems most everyone there with this timeline already received AOR1 at least). With my luck, I won't hear anything until I get SA if I do get that. Also I can't link my application and can't get updates yet from ECAS.

Hope everyone here is not so unlucky like me and hears something soon!
