Ok, so now I've been Sponsor Approved and my wife has uploaded Schedule A and Police Certificates (x2) successfully. She will have her medical done on Monday in a Copenhagen.

When will her application get transfered? Will this be once CIC Mississauga receives the results of her medical or beforehand?

Received it in the email as a pdf file. Still haven't seen any request in the account though so unable to upload.

I think simran you should wait for couple of more days and once the upload options shows to your cic account then you can upload it.
But if it doesn't shows up in few days then try to use IRCC web link to upload those requested documents.I think it should be ok as long as they receive documents it should be ok.

Need help urgently!!!!!! My husband received an email asking for the following:

Client Information: Receipt of information from client Authorization to Disclose
Information form + Details of Military Service Form (Country Specific Package). This must be received
at this office by: 2017/04/13

I know about the military service form but have no idea what is the Receipt of information from client Authorization to Disclose
Information form. If someone can help me I will really appreciate it.

You can use IRCC right away if you have all the required documents in place. I can't even link my application in My CIC so I had to use IRCC to upload the document.

Update from my side. Got a Medical request today and booked an appointment for my spouse right away to get it done this Sunday.

I have a few questions at this point,

would they let us know via email when the file has been transferred to local VO?
Medical results will be directly sent to CIC? How would we know if it's passed or not? Can we see that status in ECAS because I can't link my application in My CIC?

Can you actually believe I am the only applicant here who can't link the application in My CIC even after getting SA, it's so bizarre. I've been trying every single day but no go. CIC call center isn't being helpful to fix the linking issue, perhaps they would only recommend us to upload the documents using IRCC. It's been 10 days since I created a case for Technical issue with them but no response so far.

Hoping to link our application ONE day but dunno when!!!!

So my wife got SA on the 10th, it's been 3 out of the 5 business days it can take to send me (PR) "correspondence" telling me how to link my application so I can upload my Schedule A (IMM5669e). I had already linked the application to a MyCIC account well before we got SA.

We also sent in the IMM5669e and PCC (original copy) with the application so not sure if we need to upload it in the first place?

Regardless I had decided to wait a few days and I just checked the MyCIC and ECAS. ECAS shows the same message (about correspondence having been sent & requested documents). MyCIC does not have an upload option, nor does it show any required forms.

That is how my page looks.


Any advice or wait another few days and give CPC-Mississauga a call on Monday?

I'm in the same situation as you. I just uploaded IMM 5669 and PCC by using the IRCC Webform. Who knows how long it will take for them to update the Ecas and MyCIC.

Mar 9 - Schedule A and Police Certificate requested

I vaguely remember seeing this similar scenario. Somebody was talking about pattern for similar case, do you mind me asking if you have any dependent child/children on the application?

Yeah I've heard that they're not good with updating status on ECAS or MyCIC. I would wait for another few days and call CIC next week if there isn't any response.

FYI - If you still want to upload forms you can use IRCC web form and you'll get confirmation email as soon as you uploaded the document.
