Thanks Mega, my husband (he is the sponsor) is the one who is requesting them because we haven't heard nothing from our VO. He is not tech-savy and he is travelling on Wednesday to visit me so I have to do a "How to order GCMS NOTES" instruction guide so he can order them tonight.
Another question:
Which specific information are you looking for? I assume it's "your application, supporting documents..." right?!

The electronic notes

Congrats unique, the news is also unique from the point of NDVO which used to take 15 months or so but now it happened in 3!!!!! Happy for you, pray for me too.

The wait is killing me since the rest of the February applicants at CPC-Ottawa (with the exception of nlque) have a DM already! ???

We are also still waiting. February 12th Applicant through Ottawa. Just need to remember to have patience, even though it is difficult, stressing does not make things go faster.

Very frustrating. Submitted my Dutch Police Certificate (Certificate of Good Conduct) and received this email:
Thank you for your email. Please note that any documents submitted which are not in English or French must be accompanied by a notarized translation in either English or French. We require a notarized translation of your police certificate within 30 days of the date of this email.
Nevertheless, it states clearly on the website:
The Certificate of Good Conduct is issued in Dutch with a portion translated in English at the bottom. It is not necessary to have it translated.
from here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/europe/netherlands.asp

I've emailed back, but I'm annoyed that this will delay the process... >:(

Hello house!!

My wife got her PPR on 11th May. As she is here with me on Visitor's Visa, we sent her Passport to Ottawa for stamping, which reached Ottawa on 12th May.

It's been 2 weeks since and haven't received anything back nor heard from them. I even tried to track the Canada Post Xpresspost return envelope but to no luck Huh

How long does it usually take to receive the stamped passport from Ottawa? Anyone here who sent their passport to Ottawa for stamping? In how much time did they received their stamped passports?

Cheers!

Check the spreadsheet (especially those from Ottawa).

I just sent mine in and they received it yesterday.

Did you got any update on your passport? Just wondering, did you asked or notified cic before sending your passport, if so, how?
