DECISION MADE this morning!!!!!

WOW, congratulations to everyone with DM! Ottawa is amazingly fast! I'm so happy for you all!
I just saw on LVO thread that someone from the UK who applied in march just got DM via Ottawa too. If only LVO was as fast! (one can dream...) :D

Congratulations to everyone who got their CSQ too!
Re: my CSQ application, I received my bank's cheque way faster than anticipated (they said it would take 7-10 working days to get there, but I received it 3 days later). So I resent my application as fast as I could and it's making its way to Montreal today. ;)

That's great news :) it won't take long before you get yours :)

Congrats to all of you that received DM!! :D :D

Mega, did you check if there was an email for CPC-Mississauga on your AOR2? Hope you find an email soon so you can send it through there too! Best of luck! :D

Does anyone know how long it approximately takes after your app has been updated to "Decision Made" for CIC to mail COPR?

Congrats! I think I'm lagging a bit behind you, so hopefully I'll hear something soon – although I haven't even got a request for extra documents yet...

jwnmm, was your application pretty straightforward or were there complicating factors?

I think it was relatively straightforward, also a lot of visits probably helped. But as for 'red flags', not much. We're 6 years apart (which isn't much, but who knows) and we're from different cultural backgrounds, but I think with everything else that wasn't a cause for concern.

It's possible they just might not need any additional documents. Hopefully you'll be hearing back soon :D

Hey Guys, so we have been talking about ordering our Notes. I know it's only been a couple months, but Lima is known to be one of the fastest offices, and we were asked for additional documents already and submitted them a couple weeks ago.
So, i'm in Peru right now, visiting my husband, and I've been told you can only order your notes from Canada.
I just went online, they give you the option of ordering them electronically, so my question is, if I order them from Peru, but ask for it to be emailed to me, will they not process it because it came from a peruvian IP address?
Also, they ask for a consent form, since I am requesting notes for my husband, and his case, i need to get him to sign a paper saying he is giving me consent to order the notes on his behalf?

I am not sure if you can order them from outside Canada or not. Are you a citizen?

The paper you're referring to is IMM5744. It's a consent form filled out and signed by the applicant. PA fills in their info in section A signs it and designates you to receive the notes by entering your information in Section C. Scan the form and upload it when requesting the notes.

Congratulations to all the DMs! :)

Congratulations to everyone with DMs..!!Party time :P.
