I got AOR2 from NDVO on 15th May. I got following mail. Please help me with my query:

· Proof of payment of your Right of Permanent Resident Fee (landing fee) to our office in Mississauga or by your sponsor in Canada, if not already paid.

· Submission of police clearance certificates for you and all dependent family members who are 18 years or older, for time spent in any country for a period of 6 months or more, if not already submitted.

PLEASE RETURN A COPY OF THIS LETTER WITH THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS.

I have already sent PR fee and PCC with my application. Do i need to send anything

The key words are highlighted in red..If you have already included these documents you have no real need to send them again. Check through all the pages and be sure they are not requesting any other documents.it will be written if they are and it will not say "if" instead there will be a time frame given that the requested documents need to be received by them. The letter you have received is your AOR2. This is the standard email/letter that is sent out.

We have received your application for permanent residence in Canada and have created a file with the file number indicated above. Please quote this file number in all future correspondence with our office.

In order to expedite the processing of your application, we are requesting that you provide the following as soon as possible:
· Proof of payment of your Right of Permanent Resident Fee (landing fee) to our office in Mississauga or by your sponsor in Canada, if not already paid. Note: dependent children are not required to pay the Right of Permanent Resident Fee.
· Submission of police clearance certificates for you and all dependent family members who are 18 years or older, for time spent in any country for a period of 6 months or more, if not already submitted. Note: If you or your family members were under 18 years of age (16 years of age in certain jurisdictions) for the entire time you lived in a particular country, you do not need to provide a police certificate for that country.

PLEASE RETURN A COPY OF THIS LETTER WITH THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS.

I have already sent PR fee and PCC with my application. Do i need to send anything to New delhi visa office as i have already sent the requested documents? Or do i have to just send copy of this letter without any documents.?

Please help me someone.

Hey, I got the exact same email. Like others said, you only need to send them if not already submitted.

UPDATE:
My application was received on Feb 18, 2015. Aor was in April 9, 2015. SA letter was sent on April 28, 2015. Until today no letter was received. I called CC today. I was informed that no letter was sent but my file has been sent to London. I have been approved as a sponsor. It seems it was a technical glitch that the letter wasn't sent. I was expecting the letter in me email. I will let you guys know when it arrives. The CC agent told me that he will send an email informing the processing centre of the problem. The CC agent also mentioned that this problem of letters not being sent is occurring more frequently nowadays.

Well folks, we're pretty much done with the PR process!

Late on Saturday night, my hubby and I went for a lovely walk across the Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls to 'flagpole' as the call it. About an hour and a half later, he was the proud owner of a signed CoPR. We were told that the PR card will take a few weeks, but he can apply for OHIP and a new SIN card anytime.

We survived! There IS a light at the end of the tunnel! Thank you all, forum folks, for being an unparalleled support throughout everything. We would have lost our minds a long time ago (back when we submitted inland) without advice from this site. I wish you all well in your own processes.

wow, congrats. happy for you both!!

Congrats! That was quick! Is that because the visa office was in Canada? My husbands PR application is in process in Rome since may 12. How long until decision is made? 10 months? Will they request his passport? We are applying from Greece.

It was for a few reasons, I think. My hubby has been here in Canada since 2006, and is from Spain which is a visa-exempt country (hence no passport request - just a copy). The two of us have been together since 2003, so quite a while. We suspect that since the case was so straightforward, they kept it in Mississauga to be processed.

Hi JennaJ,

It looks like they just want a fully completed Appendix A, and a photocopy of your receipt. You don't need to send in your actual passport, but I believe Appendix A asks for a photocopy of the biopage - the page with your picture and all important information.

Thanks PixieDuster!
Thought it's already PPR :>
It's all good :) patiently waiting for more good news!
