Hi everyone!
I'm italian and my husband is canadian. We got married on december and we are doing the application outside canada cause I'm still in Italy and he went back to work and have enough money to have me going there.. By the way, I have few questions about the application process.
1. I thought that, once gathered all docs, I should send my forms and documents to my husband in a sealed enevelope and then he should send, in two separates envelopes, all application documents to Mississauga. I unfortunately just read that he should send his own application and, after been accepted as a sponsor, they will ask me to send my application; here it comes the problem: I had my medical examination and my criminal records done in January, which means that they will probably expire before they even start to process the application, since the CIC doesn't accept documents older than 3 months. Can anyone confirm this? Or is it possible to send all documents at the same time?
2. In the sponsor checklist are also my immigrations documents and it looks like that also my criminal records have to be submitted, not photocopied but original. Does that mean that I have to request other two original copies?
This application is so expensive and sometimes I am so discouraged that I burst in tears.. I'm so worried that something might go wrong!!!
Thanks to all of u!!!!
