Regarding RPRF Fee Payment Receipt. Do we just need to send the soft copy (image) of "RPRF Fee Payment Receipt" via email as proof of payment to CIC, OR the hard copy of the receipt also need to be submitted thru mail to CIC ?

no i did not get any kind of mail from them. ??? its very hard too wait, now i am afraid

I don't think you need to be afraid..... I am seeing a pattern here for the RPRF & PCC email for Feb applicants. Last week, a Feb 11 applicant got. A week before that, some Feb 2&3 applicants got their mail.
I am a Feb 14 applicant also, but I got my mine in Mar. I am getting a feeling that CIO has now officially entered Feb Week 2 Applicants, hence the email.

Not really I am feb 10 but I didn't get any email or follow up from CIC. But all my police certificates and fees are already sent. I just don't know what to make of it :

I am a march applicant and my medical was in April. I got the PCC in may and landing feeding the last wk of may after that I didn't hear anything. But when they asked for landing fees I already paid it in advance.
I don't know what's goimg on there.
