February 2014 PNP applicant that already submitted their application to NS CIO

What is happening? Almost all the threads: Nov, Dec, Jan & Feb are quiet....in fact they all have been very quiet for quite awhile now.
What's going on at both Sydney and Ottawa?

Well,novembers are mostly done with PR,
Early and middle december are waiting for PPR.
Late december and early january are waiting to get IP
February got some IP but they gotta wait a little more.

1) We received your application for permanent residence on February 14, 2014.

2) We started processing your application on August 21, 2014.

3) Medical results have been received

@ 123rock I am sure you guys are next on line. But more reassuring to me is the notion am getting that CIC seem to be following a predictable approach on Feb applications. Surely CIC is on 3rd/4th week of Feb application now.
