this month would be our in process for feb applicants 
first to 2nd week applicants
see the timeline of other on their signatures those november and october applicants they have their IP most of them on their 5th months to 5 and a half moths then after 1 to 2 months its their DM and PPR woooooo

bro as i said before that we Feb applicants would not be in process in this month and i can bet u for this
;D.Although you are right that nov and oct applicants got IP in 5 month. But pls remember that now some December applicants getting IP in this week ( only december applicants). And after that January applicants and then FEB.
SO we all feb applicants would be IN PROCESS from second week of AUGUST not yet. Just one more month bro

well im a very positive person unlike you that's all i can say staying positive and be positive at all times to be honest its case to case basis bro if you think you will be on AUGUST then its your call to think that way
our papers receive by CIO at feb 17 we got our medical request around march 15 to 17 after a week they request for additional requirements for my PCC in singapore and they request RPRF at the same time i have a colleague thats have the same timeline and currently in singapore same visa office which is CIO-s and she havent ask by CIO for RPRF and PCC
so its really case to case basis thats all i can say

I am wondering what is ur visa office. Are you already in Canada or you are also in Singapore? I know u mentioned NS as your visa office but it is not really a visa office. it is an intake office. If you are in Canada, your visa office should be CPC-Ottawa. Also if someone applied from outside canada, then their application is processed in a different way. They usually take longer and they won't get medical until everything is approved for them. So if you are in Canada, then you cannot really compare your timeline with someone who is not in Canada. NO offense but a bit confused here. would you please kindly clarify? More information, better it is.
I agree that cases are processed on case by case basis. I also really hope we get something in July. Waiting is very difficult.

our office is currently on CIO-S i already send email to CPP ottawa then here in manila philippines they both refer to CIO-S i know what your saying that CIO NS is not a visa office but have you ask yourself or have you try to send email to CPP ottawa you might be shocked what they are going to say to you according to AOR they will transfer the files to a visa office right? but our papers all of us are still on CIO-S and later it will be processed to CPC-ottawa or depending where you request the files to be transferred to im an inland applicant
