Well, if I can count this as good news...
my wife got an e-mail today asking her to take
the voluntary Seminar for Family Class
sponsored from Canadian Immigration Centre in Manila...
One day seminar talking about life in Canada....
Its good that they have this kind of events to prepare
new permanent residents.....
I hope that Decision Made will come after this...
She already registered for the seminar....

I think I've read on the forum that people get this request shortly before they get their COPR

By the way, they sent us back some of our relationship proofs. The photos (about 50 pages) did look a bit frayed around the edges, the stack of copies of all our letters (about 100 pages) looked untouched. they didn't send back our printouts of chats and screenshots of facebook, skype, facetime and whatsapp, I suppose they went to the bin long long ago

Hi Tkurdi, I noticed Decision Made on ecas on October 2 (I didn't check on Oct 1 so it may have been Oct 1) and I received it on Oct 7. I live in Canada, and it was sent by DHL.
The COPR was printed on Sep 29, by the way. And I think it was mailed on Sep 29 too, though I'm not sure - don't have the plastic envelope it came in.

Thanks! Let's see. I think they may need new PCC for India but not for China, as after application she didn't live more than 6 months in any another country other than India.
