guys ,

I soo happy to see now the e-case for my self my wife and my son. We all submitted our application as a family in one envelope.

Only one thing is I can't explain ... my wife e-case saying that Cic received her application on Feb. 14, 2014 and they send the Discover canada and AOR on Feb. 14, 2014 and her application is in process since Mar. 24, 2014. My e-case state that my application is received on Feb. 14, 2014 and Discover Canada along with AOR sent on Feb. 14, 2014 but I can't see the sentence where it says the application is in process since xxxx-xx-xxxx !!! what does it mean ?

One more thing when I check my wife e-case it show her name and line (in process) which I click on it and give me the above details. In my e-case I have two line (in process) and (Received) !! what is the difference ?

"Received" line is disappeared tonight :)

Don't worry. My ecas shows that they sent the AOR and the book on 13 Feb while the agent told me that they sent it 8 April.
The same case with everyone. They Send the AOR and Book when they check the completeness of your application.

Dear applicants,

I am trying to log in to ecas but it comes back reading no record found.

I have not received AOR yet and i am using my client id.

My question is do i enter the hyphen after the first 4 digits and then the remaining 4 digits in the identification field or not?

Thanks

It should work with both ways. Sometimes I use hypehen and sometimes not, it always work. What is your timeline? May be your application is not in system yet.
