Hi everyone,

Well, our process is over finally!

My husband received his passport and visa and landing papers today. He'll be flying to Canada September 13th.

I have no idea how we were the lucky ones who got our visa with the strike going on. Looking at this spreadsheet and the New Delhi 2013 spreadsheet i am just baffled. I'm grateful and thanking our lucky stars.

Tom can you update the spreadsheet.

My Ecas changed to "In Progress" on Aug 20th, they started processing my application on 13th August - first word I've heard in a long time! Glad this process is moving into final stages...!

Please try to give us your Medicals date and your "Date App CPC-M received as per tracking" because otherwise your dates count will be out of range in the spreadsheet.

I have been following this forum loads over the past few months as I sent off my application in Feb 2013 and all the info has been a lot of help.

I checked my ecas today and saw a decision made!! hoping it is a good decision! haha

it has across my copr " not valid for travel " is that correct?

No you as the sponsor do not have to send in. Only your wife the applicant must send the passport

The COPR it self is not valid for travel without the Visa needed (unless you are from visa exempt country) It is only a proof of your new status in Canada

We also ordered our case notes more than 1 month ago and yep, surprise, they haven't arrived either. Writing and calling the office is impossible. Meanwhile, according to Chinese Canada visa spousal sponsorship forums, other people are indeed getting their visas on time.
What should I do?
Should I write my MP?
What will it take to get a response???? ???
