Hi everyone,

Well, our process is over finally!

My husband received his passport and visa and landing papers today. He'll be flying to Canada September 13th.

I have no idea how we were the lucky ones who got our visa with the strike going on. Looking at this spreadsheet and the New Delhi 2013 spreadsheet i am just baffled. I'm grateful and thanking our lucky stars.

Tom can you update the spreadsheet.

Good luck to all of you still waiting. Wish you a speedy process. Will come and visit from time to time to lend support :D

Hi Shelley

Congratulations again my dear. May you have a happy life.
You are updated

All the best

Tom

Hi Mr.V

Welcome to our thread (never late to join :) )
Please try to give us your Medicals date and your "Date App CPC-M received as per tracking" because otherwise your dates count will be out of range in the spreadsheet.

Wishing you a fast PR.

Tom

No you as the sponsor do not have to send in. Only your wife the applicant must send the passport

Congratulations dear D_K
The COPR it self is not valid for travel without the Visa needed (unless you are from visa exempt country) It is only a proof of your new status in Canada

Best of luck

My wife got her PPR in March and we sent it the next day to the VO in Beijing. 6 months later, NO response. We also ordered our case notes more than 1 month ago and yep, surprise, they haven't arrived either. Writing and calling the office is impossible. Meanwhile, according to Chinese Canada visa spousal sponsorship forums, other people are indeed getting their visas on time. :o
What should I do?
Should I write my MP?
What will it take to get a response???? ???

Sorry for the bump but I could really use the advice before I raise the issue with my MP.
