Hi there I have mailed my CEC application on Feb 14th and they received it on Feb 18th fingers crossed now. I have added myself on the ecel sheet so will keep updating.

No I dont think so, as it takes 2 days for your status to appear in ECAS once you receive AOR.

Hey guys i have a bit of a dilemma

I just received my new T4 which shows a much higher income. The T4 i sent to CPP-O is my old one from last year because I sent my documents early this february when i didnt have the new t4's. Should I send them a copy of my new T4 or does that make any difference?

And how much would I go about doing that to make sure it lands in my file.

There is a possibility that your vacation pay (or any benefit) is added to your gross income which shows more amount in T4, its what happened to my T4.

It does not make a huge difference even if you send your T4 or not. But there is no harm in sending it. Just Scan and e-mail documents (other than police certificates) to: OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca.
