Usually it is sent by CIC and its pre-filled with your info. or otherwise your DMP can provide you one.

As long as you have worked 1560 hours (as a full time employee = 30 hours/week) and 365 calender days with in last 3 years, you are eligible to apply under cec. You are good hours wise, but you need to work 8 more weeks because 15 hours is not full time, so you need to work equivalent part...

Yes we have to list all the jobs in Schedule 8 form, but job letter is not necessary for the jobs that wont be counted towards your 1 year experience. I might be totally wrong but i don't think it asks for reference letter in application guide.

if your gas station job is not counted towards your 1 year experience, you dont need job letter from them.

Forward to this email anyways, ottpilot-immigration@cic.gc.ca and explain your situation. I am pretty sure they will forward it to right group or visa office or they will direct you in the right direction.

All the guys/girls received MRs for feb got their AORs on 13th March. Can you guys please share your visa officer number. Thanks and Congrats

Congrats, I will say you should rather call CIC @ 1-8xx-xxx-xxxx and ask them exact procedure when you are out of country. I dont think they have e-medical service in India yet.
