Hoping to have greener pasteur there. give me an update once you receive good news. i dont usually visit this site nowadays, but i'll try my best to update you on my application also. Though I received my AOR, my credit card is not charged when I checked my account online. but The AOR mail
states they've successfully charged it. I wonder why ?? Any idea ??

Are you planning to send RPRF fee with full docs to New Delhi or later?

Please advise


My previous employer is not giving me reference letter. I have offer letter and pay stubs and income tax return on the name of employer.
I worked with that employer only for 2 months.
Please advise what should i do?
Do I need to give any written explanation?

If it is an employer you have worked with only 2 months then you can ignore. If you have the offer letter / experience letter / pay stubs will do. Make sure you write a covering letter addressing the visa officer about this. In these economic situations more of the companies are getting dissolved so there are lot of these cases and CIC knows about this.

How much amount do i need the cashier check in US dollar and In whom favor of and where payable?

It is not necessary to send the RPRF along with the full docs. we can send when CHC request for it. Am I right?

@ Ruka ........first of all congrats for your AOR.......correct......RPRF has to be submitted at a later stage when demanded by visa office.......but if there are any left over Fee's (needed for NS) then they must be submitted at this stage........

we both submitted on Feb. 9th .. and both didnt recieve the AOR till now...


i have submitted using the bank draft... maybe this is the cause?


is bank draft slower than credit card?

I sent my case to CIO on 03rd April 2010 without IELTS by courier but received in CIO office on 12th April 2010 . due to slow shipment and Easter vocations followed by weekend on 10 and 11 (according to tracking details)

Would it be rejected or returned as it received on 12 April and i did not attach IELTS bcoz CIC said they would require ielts proof after 10 Apr 2010..?

I am sorry I previously said it was OK to send it without IELTS. Now Only I figured out there were some talks about the rule being changed. Sorry !
