Visa Office: Buffalo
Sent to CIO, NS: 01/02/2010
Received by CIO, NS: 8/02/2010
CC Charged on: 17/03/2010
AOR from CIO, NS: 18/03/2010
Full docum.sent to Buffalo: 06/04/2010
IELTS sent 27/07/2009 (they refused my CEC application last year but IELTS is still valid)

Hi everybody,
I guess we are getting ready for ROUND 2 (i.e. sending the full docs)
I have some questions regarding this round

unfortunately I do not have a copy of my forms sent to CIO. So I need to re-fill the forms and I am worried there maybe some minor differences in my duties and work experience dates. However this would not affect my points. Will they compare the forms sent to CIO with the ones sent to VO? Can this have an adverse effect?

I have claimed my second language as Basic, but unfortunately I am not going to have the language test result for that by my deadline.
Can I send the certificate from the language institute and keep claiming Basic?

simon my cc has been charged on 8th of april, still no more email or aor. do u think i will get aor or ??? how long i have to wait?
i m ready to send complete doc., can you advise me, how did u send your bundle of full document? i mean, we have to use file or ??? thanks

Hi friends,

I sent my app. to CIO on the 10th Feb. by registered post. I have no idea when CIC received it (or rather it received my app. or not).
I have no way of tracking the mail. BM updated the list keeping 12 business days as 22nd Feb. I am a bit worried now, and checking daily on line if my CC's charged. But yet it is not. Even March applicants are now getting AOR's.

I am a bit worried now. Please pray for us all.
