Hi There,

I was following this thread since i started preparing my application in Feb and finally sent it on March 9 and received on March 12th.The application is basically for me and my wife and my son.My Question is if i have to wait for AOR before i can see any update on my online status and if i ll be receiving all separate AORs though they were sent in a single envelope all together.

Cheers

Simp

Hi Simp,

I believe you can only check your application status online after you received the AOR. They will send you the UCI number (Unique Client Identification) and that's what you need to use to check your status. At least that is how it worked for us although I am not able to see anything yet as we received the AOR only yesterday.
Regarding your other question, we have a family application too (me, husband and our son) and we sent everything in one envelope. We received separate AOR though for all 3 of us.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
Christine

I thought the UCI is the same as the one on copr and in the front of PR card. And yes we are waiting for the AOR and the eCAS has not been activated.

Hi,

Wow, you are actually right, I didn't realize that it's the same number. But I guess they will still not activate applications in the system before they are sending the AOR. Maybe someone else has other experience?

Hang in there Erjopa it shows that Feb is being worked on give it till end of MAR I am sure you will get your AoR too.

You are correct. UCI is shown on both of your PR card and your confirmation of permanent residence.
I got my AOR at night on Mar.6 and i kept checking status until Mar.10. It was activated on Mar.10, and it's shown that AOR was sent on Mar.7

Hey guys quick question, what is it meant by "Rec'vd line disappeared" in the spreadsheet ? and in most cases how do you generally find out about the test date (i.e letter in mail)" ?. I know most of you haven't got a test date but I'm sure you've been going thought the forum and might have come across this information. Thanks in advance guys !!

Hi All,

I havent been active those last days on our thread... I just wanted to congratulate all people who got their AOR and IP since my last visit !

We keep in touch for the next steps ! ;D

Congrats PN Roy on getting your AOR! Have you entered your details on the Feb2015 applicants tracker? If not, please enter your information in:

My Ecas has been activated with Status "Received"

Me too - just had my ecas activated and it says "received" will enter my details on the spreadsheet.

Received 13 Feb
AOR 17 Mar

My application was received on Feb 12. I have not received my AOR...but they have also not returned my application. Do you think it's safe to assume at this point that it won't be returned? And does CIC keep a record of the fact that they returned it? ie: If I call them will they be able to tell me that it was returned or not? What if it got lost in the mail on the way back... how would i ever know?
