Feb 2015 citizenship applicants

Our Ecas has been activated with "Received" status. :-)

In general, no news is good news, but no one can give you an assurance that your application won't be returned if that's what are you looking for.

And does CIC keep a record of the fact that they returned it? ie: If I call them will they be able to tell me that it was returned or not? What if it got lost in the mail on the way back... how would i ever know?

I'm in the same boat, my application was received on Feb 11. I've not heard anything after that :(

I sent my application Feb 14th, received by CIC Feb 19th and received AOR on march 12. Also, ECAS shows received.

Got AOR for all family 2A+2C separate emails all around 10:00 am today.

Wife's name is mis spelt, a "B" instead of a "V". Need to know if I should have it corrected at this
stage or just wait, since we have the correct name on the application and on all documents including the
PR card. Is this just a typo in the AOR. They seem to be sending AOR's real quick...

Updated the Feb and global tracker...

This is a relief!
 
So...just to rehash...

To access my file updates on-line, just use my UCI? (permanent resident card number).

I already have access when I renewed my PR card, so I am assuming they would add another item on to the update page :)

Happy to inform the group that I got my AOR today morning. I will update the spreadsheet in the next few minutes.
 
I am not sure how to fill green color for the entire row in the Feb2015 spreadsheet. I would request anyone who knows that to do it for me. Thank you.

Yes, you've to use the UCI (8-digit number) on your PR card. You won't see the details of your PR renewal application because you will access eCAS through the link for "application for grant of citizenship" and so, it will only show updates related to your citizenship application.
 
At last. Received my AOR by email at 4:21 PM today. While I was happy for all those who'd already gotten their AORs, it seems they almost skipped a week of February applicants...but I guess, historically, 39 days isn't so long to wait.
