My package reached on November 28th and still no CC charge. Is this normal?

You should see CC charge before end of this week.

Hello friends,
I sent my SECOND extension request to CIC two weeks ago and haven't received their response yet. The deadline to submit FBI pcc has already passed (Feb 23). Should I be worried? Is it a good idea to write another CSE or just wait for CIC to respond? Thanks.

Dont worry, I never got a response back either with extended time. However, i would suggest that you keep tracking number of your application sent to FBI , snapshot of CC charge from FBI OR DD encash confirmation (if anything), save email copies of your mails to CPC asking for extension..

I submitted police clearance from my home country, police clearance from country where I am currently working, US State Clearance... I was requested to submit my passport ASAP even if the FBI has not yet reached..

I am guessing it is because I have been in and out of Canada a couple of times

Thanks for sharing.

This is news to me, that they would move forward with the application even without FBI PCC, although in few cases like yours.

I am also waiting just for FBI PCC and would see if I can send them state PCC along with my home country PCC that I already have sitting on my table. I just haven't been in-and-out of Canada like you have though. :D

Regards

My suggestion: Send the package including below ASAP without waiting for FBI Clearnce - PCC's, Medical Test Receipts, Emails from FBI if any showing your status, Cover letter asking for more time if you don't think you won't get FBI Clearance by the deadline. This will give them confidence that you are seriously interested in migrating. I just sent my other PCC's today.

friends,

We made a huge mistake. We had mistakenly put wrong postal code of my US relative address. My spouse report was dispatched on Feb 17 (Oct 27 received date), and we have not received the report as yet. I am afraid that we might not get it due to wrong postal code. This is very painful.

We have to submit additional documents along with FBI PCC by Mar 15-2015. We ordered for two reports (one at US address and one at Pakistan address). We have lost hope on US mail delivery.

How long would it take to get the report from US to Pakistan. (Mail dispatched on Feb 17-2015)

You can request FBI saying you didnt receive the first one and also send them address change request. Might get it sooner in USA than in Pak.

I agree.. that you can send the documents first... Maybe they will take consideration on the State PCC.. we will never know until we try, right? ;)

Thanks for replying. I was just curious. I will probably be sending the FBI PCC after I get that, and not the state PCC.

FBI just charged my CC on 24th Feb 2015, for the application sent by me on 24th Nov 2014. I think (or hope) they will finish the processing from hereon in less than one month. My deadline to submit the PCC to CIC is 2nd April 2015. Still got 35 days.

The medicals have been done (and hopefully sent by the doctor by now) and RPR fee also paid. I believe there is no use sending the home country PCC right now, and should rather send both PCC's together.

Would you guys agree, or suggest otherwise ?

Regards

Surprisingly, I have been asked to submit the scanned FBI PCC (by email).

Maybe bcoz u r already done with med n they want to process ur case asap. Who is ur visa officer?

Hi All,
For those who are out of states and have given friends/relatives addresses, Please make sure he/she is not moving in the next 3-4 months. Which has happend in my case, even after he(my friend) kept USPS Mail forward, the mail magically disappeared :( :( :(
The whole process is time consuming so you should be careful on your receipient address, also most apartments have mailboxes that only accept mails to people who are on lease or registered boxes..

Also for those who have not received report even after 3 weeks(limit set by FBI)
You need to fax them requesting for a new report... Call the helpdesk before going forward on this

This brings to me a valid question,
Did anyone orderded 2 sets of FBI report??.... ::) ::) ::)
