Family Sponsorship

Hi, I have a question regarding with the eligiblity of a sponsor to process the sponsorship under a family class.
Last two years ago I sponsor my partner under Conjugal Sponsorships, but unfortunately it was denied for the reason the procceding officer believes my relationship with my partner is not genuine. We have given a chance to take an appeal, and we did. Unfortunately upon waiting for the appeal my partner and I have miscommunicated, and ended our relationships.
My question is- am I eligible to sponsor my orphaned nephews? Considering I withdrwan the previous application for my partner?

Under Sponsor Eligiblity Asssement there is a question on number 6, stated "Have you submitted a previous application in respect of which a final decision has not been made for the person being sponsor and their family memebers"
Kindly someone enlighten me with this matter.

How old are your nephews. Both parents are deceased? When did they pass (year is fine)? Who has been caring for them and are they their legal guardian, have they been adopted, etc. When was your previous family sponsorship denied? When did your relationship end? Are your parents and grandparents deceased?

One of my nephew is 13 years old, the youngest is 1 year old. Yeah, both their parents passed away. Currently they are under the care of my eldest brother.
My conjugal sponsorship was denied last year of 2021.
