well I am a skilled worker here in Canada ; I came through francophone program to Newfoundland and Labrador since September 2014 , I applied under NLPNP program and I got my nomination June 2016 ( It took me almost two years to get Nominated Sad Sad Sad Sad ) , then I applied for the federal process October 2016 and looking at the last update for the Federal process it's showing that is can take 18 months Shocked Shocked Shocked and never been stable because it was 15 months ..., so my question please : is there any possibility or am I eligible to apply for express entry ( it take only 6 months to get your PR ) or Canadian Experience ... or any other program other then NLPNP because it took two years now only to get my Nomination and it is going to take another two years or more , Please give me an advice if you can and thank you all guys

If it is still possible to get nomination after that? And one more question, I submitted my EE account on 5 May, thus it will be withdrawn on this date in 2017. But in EE calculator the question is (Please select the age you were on the date that your Invitation to Apply (ITA) was sent to you.) So if it is helpful to withdraw my account now, and then apply again, to increase time with my current score to wait for OINP? Thanks!
