Express Entry - e-APR Submitted in November 2016

Yes, the same case is with us, we are PNP-O Nov AOR applicant and this week my wife received mail from US consulate in Vancouver to provide passport stamps which would prove that she had crossed the US border on specific date and exit the country...cause she stayed in Vancouver and used to travel to US on visit visa by land border... Which stage of checking is this..

So that's the point I was asking for. They are probably checking US for people who has some connection to US, visa, stamps or such. I was just wondering if 1500 people get ITA per draw and there are at least two draws per month what a waste of time would be to check that to each applicant.

Good to hear. I am just trying to distract myself with other things My target is 6 months. Like you keep saying in this thread, anything that is less than 6 months is a gift. Otherwise, I give myself 6 months in an overall plan.

Thanks Raj for the suggestion, I agree and sent the new passport copy only and not the employment letter (one more reason i thought was it might add time to verify the letter too). Anyways, hoping to gt sm good news soon. Wish everyone get there results soon. I hv a feelin next couple of weeks would be good as CIC really have loads of application to process given that the recent pool benchmark was at all time low and high ITAs...

How long does it take for IRCC to respond to a CSE. I submitted my application on Nov 11th, EAPR same day. I also got married on the 3rd of Feb and i raised CSE immediately but since then no responce for IRCC. Should I be worried ? Do I need to send another email? its been more than 7 working days

If you look at your GCMS notes, you will see the part of INFO SHARING, where info sharing is mentioned.
This is the about the procedure

Through automated and systematic biometric information sharing, both Canadian and U.S. authorities will be able to identify previously failed refugee claimants, deportees, previously refused overseas refugee resettlement applicants, and visitor visa applicants trying to enter our countries under fraudulent identities.

The sharing of biometric information involves visa applicants to Canada from Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Bangladesh, Burma, Cambodia, Colombia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Jamaica, Jordan, Laos, Lebanon, Libya, Nigeria, Pakistan, the Palestinian Authority, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Vietnam and Yemen.

Same here, I just set up my brain that final answer will come in May so I am still ok. Only three months is now and processing time is 6 months.
