I totally agree.A friend of mine who already got her visa did not add schedule 4 to her application, and never been asked to provide one, she only put a copy of nomination certificate in the LOE section.....I did the same thing too.

Hi All,

Post login when you click on the View submitted application, it generally takes you the page where it shows the information page, which is being in transmitted state, and clicking further it takes you to the documents section where it usually says Provided/received. However since this morning I have been seeing that clicking on the "View submitted application" is directly taking me to the Documents section, I just cannot see the transmitted info at all. Is this normal ? Is something really wrong ? Pls let me know.

Thanks,
Hi All,

Can anyone please tell me if the above issue is normal/if someone faced it? OR is something that I should be concerned ?

Thanks

Just checked my profile today.

The bg check is now not needed at this time. So it was not started --> in progress and not not needed at this time.

Anyone else seeing the same?

Hi Guys,

Need urgent advice from experts...I submitted my e-APR on 30th Nov ( my wife was not pregnant that time ) and now my wife is 2 week pregnant , Please suggest me what should i do now
Should i inform to CIC for this now ?
or Should i inform to CIC after complete process of application and approve ( if i do this , how will i add my kid to application ...lot of confusion...i want to travel with my wife and kid. ).

Please guide me. Is there any guideline on CIC website for this ?

Thank You.

Hi Sandy,

First of all congratulations!! You don't need to worry about adding kid to the file right now as it's not born yet.

I don't know what happens if you are immigrant of Canada and your kid births outside of India.

You may submit a case specific inquiry to CIC and they can respond to this.

First of all, congratulations to you and your wife.

Regarding your question, you don't have to worry about informing to CIC until the Baby is born. You should be able to Land before that and than you can have your baby born as a Canadian citizen. If in any circumstances you are not able to land before baby is born you will have a raise a CSE describing the situation and CIC will send you a request to submit your child's documents like birth certificate etc, so that he/she can be included in your application.

All the best!

This is quite normal. In my case, it changed within a day from In Progress to Not Needed. If you see the progress of In Land applicants, this is the usual flow ... Not Started (Or Not Needed) to In Progress and then to Not Needed. When it changes the second time to In Progress, you should start expecting the PPR request (usually varies from 1-2 days to 4 weeks).

Any idea on how long time does it take for status to change to in progress again??

Hi Guys,

I submitted the eAPR on 15th November, 2016. The medical showed passed after few days. But, since then there is no update. The review of eligibility is showing review in progress.
Can anyone please tell me the is it normal time ?

I mean, "how much time they take for review of eligibility?" And how further things will work ?

Thanks,
Rocky

Hello Raj, I am following this forum regularly and have noticed that application lodged after 14.11.2016 (my date of eAPR) have their back ground check status as IN PROGRESS. However, in my application nothing has changed since 21.11.2016 (medicals passed and BG changed from NS to NN). Hope things are good and this is normal. Thanks and regards
Hi Gurpreet,

Same in my case, I submitted the eAPR on 15th Nov and since then I just got the confirmation of medical passed and no change after that. BG check is showing NN. Hope, we will get good news soon.
