It seems some people who got eAPR in NOV have got Schedule A, IMM5406 and IMM5562E request, can someone please clarify in what situation we would get these kind of requests?
Schedule A is requested if the applicant has answered "YES" to one of the statutory questions or if there are gaps in sections (for instance the personal history section) or if the the officer wants to see some more information in a particular section etc.kallucanada said:It seems some people who got eAPR in NOV have got Schedule A request, can someone please clarify in what situation we would get this kind of request?
I actually answered NO to two statutory questions that I should've answered YES to when submitting my e-APR. I raised a CSE explaining that I should've answered YES and apologized for this mistake. But I never received any Schedule A request from CIC or any IMM5406/5562E request. I have received PPR email. I think it just depends on application to application.kallucanada said:It seems some people who got eAPR in NOV have got Schedule A, IMM5406 and IMM5562E request, can someone please clarify in what situation we would get these kind of requests?
Take a look at the list and you'll see for yourself. There are a lot of people whose meds are still pending. Not sure why but it is taking time of inland applicants to pass meds.tfeddy2012 said:There has not been movement in my application since I got aor nov 17. It's normal for us (inland applicants). Just now one CEC applicant from November 18 got update. Sooooooooooo, still a week to go ;Dmortywaves said:Similar. PNP-I and e-APR on NOV 22nd. No movement since.
But I already contacted my doctor and she said all my tests were normal. So it's just probably CIC taking it's time.
I am too in the same boat. Inland CEC AOR 24 Nov and a bigg silence till then. Hopefully in the coming days, I sense positive movement.AnshulAwasthi said:Dont worry thare areba lot of us like that.
