Do you have to report changes in employment after submission of an application?

It is very important for me to know whether it is mandatory to report to them if you have changed your occupation or not.

This post gives us some hints on how the applications are processed.

REVIEW TYPE: support service agent
APPLICATION: xxxxxxxx
REGULATION: FSW

I have reviewed this application based upon the documents submitted by the applicant and the information contained in the file and note the following.

APPLICANT HAS CANADICAN DEPENDENT (S): No
PA HAS CANADICAN EDUCATION CREDENTIALS: No
PA HAS ECA WITH ACCOMPANYING FOREING CREDENTIAL: Yes
LANGUAGES: Principal Applicant: - English: IELTS – Received : Met Threshold
DOCUMENTS SET FOR REVIEW: Education Documents Police Certificates

AGENT REVIEW** POLICE CERTIFICATES R10 OK All police certificates on application: folowinf PC’s NRT Croatia and UK.
EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTS ECA report verified on issuing agency website; foreign credential confirmed on ECA site. ECA Canadian Equivalency Summary reported by issuing agency as Bachelor’s degree ( three years). Credential is consisten with level od education claimed by PA under EE Eligibility.
SPOUSE’S EDUCATION NO ECA OR CANADIAN CREDENTIAL PROVIDED.
AGE Applicant’s age reviews and no change from ITA to e-APR

What I infer from the above is that UCI is created only after some basic checks. And we can probably guess that UCI is generated only after R10 review. Its an old GCMS copy from 2015 and I am still digging through :)

I got my UCI in the request for additional document. Does that mean that my R10 check is completed? Thanks.

Which number did you call CIC and what was your approach to check the status? CIO is Ottawa office?
CIO is central intake office sydney nova scotia, similar to CPC Ottawa it is not Ottawa VO which is different.

I guess this is hard to confirm, some say yes however, but no one is sure.

Yes Iman, I know you do great job, its people, we have no way reminding them - unless they come here and tell you to update.

The core difference is that tracker will identify those who does not update within certain period of time, and then send the reminder to update - therefore, i can say that up 90% will update the tracker.

I can make you admin of the tracker too - so you can update if required.

Just let me know.

P.S we can migrate all the data from googlesheet too.

P.S.S Whats wrong with the forum today... its down 50% of time.
I agree with you, the main point is applicants not updating their status.
Migrating data from spreadsheet sounds like a good idea but I would like to kindly ask for users' comments first. :)

I'll be in touch with you for this andy, thanks for all your efforts. ;)

No Andy. These are not accurate, more of a theory. Lets not add them to the tracker at the moment. COuld you tell me when analytics is enabled for a month tracker? I tried analytics but i get a message that there are none available for the given tracker.
I can add any analytics really, any suggestions?

Please see the analytics section (select any tracker, sc189 is has the most reports) for some ideas of what can be added

What stream have you applied for? No need for worrying Varinder. There is a known delay for CEC and PNP applicants.

Some more dissection on GSCM to understand CIC process for processing:

Assessment Criteria

Eligibility: <not started, started, complete>

Admissibilities
Security: <not started, started, complete>
HIRV: <not started, started, complete>
Criminality: <not started, started, complete>
Org Crime: <not started, started, complete>
Medical: <passed, failed, complete>
Misrepresentation: <not started, started, complete>
Other Reqs:
Final:

A little bit of Googling revealed HIRV stands for Hazard Impact, Risk and Vulnerability

So, We can probably infer that BGC and R10/A.11 comprises of the above sub-sections. The odd one out is medical.

Some brainstorming on this would be interesting and invigorating.
