Getting the following details for my Experiece can some one kindly guide if it is suuficient?- working with an indian it company

Bonfide from hr for mothers visa- it has salary, role, joining dates etc- -
Letter from manager with job duties detail in plain paper- this was taken last year with some false reason, have include his detail contact address, have included full time & 8 hours etc here.will include his ID cards here.
Hirerchey screen shot from system as proof that he is my actual manager.
Few months time sheet and salary slips as proof of full time/8 hours work.
Will include all certificate of sponsorships used in UK visa which has my role stated, will include a list of responsibilities as per UK border agency for that role.
Have a recent mail trail with approval from brm..on my job responsibilities for visa extension purpose will include this.
Will include offer letter confirmation letter, and all promotions letter...
Have also managed to get a letter from current client on client letter head detailing my role and duties - have client PMs iCard as well.
Just worked with two clients - for the earlier getting similar details on email and attaching the same.
This looks sufficient. Get that letter from your manager notarized before submission.

Thanks - I don't think i will be able to get it notarised - don't want to create Panic here --I can ask one of my work colugue to do it & get it notorised.

Sorry for hijacking with a different query - would be great if you can help..

Have a quick query on POF.

I have more then sufficient fund required as POF in my current account - which is in UK.

I have an indian mortgage - for it I have got the valuation report & purchase agreement in my name the asset value is 45,00000 INR and the loan is around 20,00000. I am renting out the property so currently i am paying around 11,000 INR from my pocket.

The confusion is around should I show the mortgage & asset valuation and unnecesssary complicate the file or just stick to showing the POF in UK.

I am getting conflicting response from my friends who already have PR , some are saying show it as the libality is secured with the property and not tagged to your liquid cash while few others are saying don't show as it unnecessary complicates things.

Response will be highly appreciated.

Thanks,

There is no panic by getting it notarized. Your manager need not be involved in the notarizing exercise. It will involve only you reaching out to a notary public along with supporting documents. Recommend you get that letter notarized and approach a colleague only if you are unable to do that for some reason.

Hello Asivad,

Please advise!

I have included all the below documents in a single pdf file and used that for SINP application that is 'In Process' and there has been no additional request for employment record. However, CIC stage is going to be different.

1. Notarised self-declaration affidavit:- job title, no of hours per week, monthly salary and main duties.
2. Scanned photocopy of my company id:- employee code, company name, full address and contact number and company website.
3. HR letter signed on company letterhead:- This is to certify that <My Name> is employed at <Company Name> effective <Joining Date> till date. He is employed in capacity of <My Position> bearing employee code <My Emp code>.
4. Scanned email from co-worker:- job title, no of hours per week, date of joining and role description(same as main duties in point 1). Email with date and time has official outlook signature of me as well as co-worker.
5. Scanned photocopy of company id of co-worker:- co-worker's name, employee code.
6. Appointment/offer letter:- It is on company letterhead signed by HR and me on the date of joining the company. It details about 'full-time' employment and brief description of responsibilities.
7. Pay slips for March 2013, April 2013 and May 2013.
8. Revised compensation/increment/performance bonus letters for Year 2014.
9. Pay slips for March 2014, April 2014 and May 2014.
10. Revised compensation/increment/performance bonus letters for Year 2015.
11. Pay slips for June 2015, July 2014 and August 2014.

Are the above documents sufficient?
Do I need to create a new affidavit for CIC stage as the current one was created in May 2015?

Thanks!

Looks comprehensive. Don't bother submitting the self-declaration, CIC don't like those at all.

My visa application was refused as I self declared my duties and responsibilities (though it was not notarized on an affidavit); I have tried convincing them through Case Specific Enquirey so as they verify my employment and duty descriptions through provided contact details, But I haven't heard from CIC so far (Its been around two weeks); though my supporting evidences included genuine payslips and account statement (clearly mentioning name of my Employer as salary creditor to my account);

I am not pretty sure about provincial nominee that whether they do accept these indirect alternatives or not but CIC highly disregards it and doesn't even take second to refuse the application (without even looking at the other documents, even if they are all in 100% accuracy and are furnished after alot of hardship)

Its better to first fully confirm the acceptability of a notarized self declaration, then submit it; otherwise time and money both gets wasted !

The most important bit is getting job responsibilities mentioned in the letter - everything else can be proved using other supporting documents. If you can get the duties/responsibilities, you are good to go.
Agreed.

Hi Asivad,

I too have the same problem.. you mean to say I can get the affidavit or statutory declaration notarized without the referee's presence? I spoke to one law firm here and they are saying the signatory or person making the declaration must be witnessed by the notary public... so I'm confused. Please help clarify. Thanks

If you can demonstrate the authenticity of the contents of that letter you are trying to notarize to the notary public by using additional supporting documentation, they will not require the signatory's presence.

Ok, can you help give sample additional documentation to prove such case to the notary public? Thanks

Consider taking along your job offer letter, pay stubs, tax assessment forms, ex-colleague/supervisor's business card etc.
