Error in Ecas status

Folks,

Apparently so many of us are incredibly became obsessed with eCas if not fell in love. Guys, come on, it's just a system, that you need to check every month or two based on your app status. Don't overwhelm yourself, health and time.

No its not means that IN Process , because they do add 1 more line like this.

We start processing on your file from 26 jan 2011.

So Ali it is an error in my case as well, as this line is appearing im Ecase status, but my case is in In-process.

Those who have applied in April,May ,June ( BEFORE 26TH JUNE) and submitted their full docs in October to January 2011 time-Their cases will be considered as a backlog cases for the VOs as after 26th June,docs submission rules have been changed,occupation categories are changed.SO It may happen that VOs are trying to complete the cases for those who have applied before 26th June!! and so on the ECAS is showing therefore " in process"!!They might have a plan to complete our cases faster so that they can streamline with the post 26th June cases only.

My 2 cents !! and +ve feelings only!!

no offences to anyone but to be honest i don't agree. i think there is an error because one person said he sent documents same day which might even not have received by vo and ecas saying in process. how can status say in process when documents even have not been received???

there is no reference / link just an assumption and the reason i gave above. you also don't have source / link for your assumption. i am thinking of writing to chc london to get the right information.

They call it "faster immigration" ,at this pace and with the "bypass medicals gift" maybe we will get passport letter next week.

really !!! how could they make this kind of mistake. First they didn't update status .. now when they update they write more. may be they doesn't want to update when they will receive your medical . That is why they already write about medical thingy.... lol..

even guys my status changed to In process but they have
not added any new comment inside. It should be something like "Your application has reviewd and started processing on so date"

HI EVERYONE ,

I agree with you edmonta, the Immigration were trying to complete all backlogs, so that they can proceed to all June 26, 2010 applicants, It seems like the pre June 26 applicants were not that many so they decided to finish fast track all of this so that they can move to the post june 26 applicants, bec, they thingking of bulk documents were coming on their way remember guys..CIO need complete docs. by this time. Hope this will be the case. goodluck keep praying everyone!!!! cheers !!!

I also emailed buffalo office regarding this ...our case and confirmimg them that I received this weird messages from their websites. hope I got answers tom. my freind told me we can email them inquire if you have questions. is anyone emailed buffalo office regarding this?pls. share thanks..
