Hello

My friend is landing in Canada tomorrow on a working holiday visa, the problem is that she changed her permanent addressed in her Slovenian passport to the address in Canada, what do you guys think will the immigration officer deny her entry to Canada because she cancelled her slovenian address and put the Canadian address as her permanent address. I told her they would probably deny her and she should rebook her flight and change the address back to the slovenian address.

Thanks for any help

Why don't you contact CBSA if this will be an issue?

What do you mean changed address in her passport?? A passport is not linked to any address, just to the country you're a citizen of.

If you mean the section you can hand write in an address, that is essentially meaningless and CBSA will not care.

Contact CBSA.

Just curios. What was so pushing her to change her permanent residency adress if at the time being she only have temporary visa over there?
