you should be fine because the other 3 letters were completed and in good format. They fetched you maximum points for work experience. In the worst case, IRCC denies your last letter, it won't affect your score at all. There is nothing to worry about.

I agree.

As I learned from this forum, it does not matter if you did not claim points from the job.

I claimed points for the job since it is mentioned in my work history. But removing this experience will not reduce my CRS score.

It doesn't matter if you write in LOE specifically about one of the job mentioned in Work History. Otherwise the other option is to put that experience in Personal History and do not mention it in Work History.

If you mention it in Work History and didn't specify that this particular experience is just for reference then you are at the Mercy of VO.

This is completely wrong. Please stop spreading misinformation. You are not "at the mercy of the VO". There are no grounds for refusal if the CRS score does not go below the cut off, you have submitted a complete application and you meed the MEC for your stream.

Hi astralsource,

Just sent you my letter to your email id. Please check.

MEC requirements are different for CEC and FSW....
We all have seen rejections due to NOC mismatch or lack of support due on roles and responsibility.

If his MEC requirement fulfilled even after neglecting that work experience, Yes he is good to go.

And my previous comment was not on his issue but on the comment which I quoted. Its applicant's responsibility to clear his/her case infront of VO this is why they give LOE option. And try to make case easier for VO.

Hi RiZ92,

If NDVO cannot match my NOC just from the job duties and responsibilities written in my reference letter, will they neglect this company and check my CRS without it. If yes my CRS will not drop because my other two companies give me 8 years of experience. Am I still in trouble.

Thanks and Regards,

From my perspective, you are safe because in your reference letter they did wrote your duties - and although short, they are very specific.

I can clearly connect these duties with your NOC http://www23.statcan.gc.ca/imdb/p3VD.pl?Function=getVD&TVD=122372&CVD=122376&CPV=2134&CST=01012011&CLV=4&MLV=4

So if I can do it, any officer can too.

Anyway, even if they make a fuss, you re clear as others said, because it wont affect your CRS.

Nope, if you MET FSW criteria and CRS won't go down then you are perfectly fine.

Do not stress out.

IMO they will accept your letter as they will respect provincial decision.

They will remove that experience and recalculate the points.

If you want confirmation on this, just check the rejection notes sent to people. It will say when this experience is removed, your cutoff falls below the lowest ranked candidate for the draw, and hence we are cancelling your application. Since your cutoff won't fall removing that, you are good to go. That is the reason even Ontario overlooked this experience. If it was affecting the cutoff, they would have requested a different letter for sure.

Hello guys, i have received my ITA in the 24th march draw.

In my work history i have not mentioned one of my jobs which i did for around 3 months in the beginning of 2016. I was of the idea i shudnt disclose that as i am not claiming any points for that.

Now, my question is should i mention the job in work history post-ITA?? I have the offer letter and salary proof but i cant get a Letter of reference as i left the company on a sour note.

Please advise.

My EE got refused due to there is no duties and responsibilities mentioned in the letter even though I provided paystubs, T4, NOA

I think a job spec/ad and performance review document might have sufficed in lieu of the detailed reference letter. As these would have provided details of your duties & responsibilities

No. Simply add it in the personal history section.

One more question. After that I have been running my own business in partnership for the last one year. Again, I am not claiming any points for that. So should i just make a mention of it in the personal history without any documented proof OR should i produce proofs as well as proof of registration, bank account details, ITR etc?
