I meant I showed 4.75 years of work ex: 2 years without roles and responsibilities but a brief reference letter mentioning my role in 5-6 lines from Manager / Ex-Colleague and 2.75 years with all roles and responsibilities. If I subtract 2 years where I showed reference letter from Ex-colleague....then my effective work ex is 2.75 which is 2 years and definitely, my score could go lower than 460 which was the cut off....

Now my file is at NDVO and been 4 months, no communication whatsoever from their side?

You included duties/responsibilities so I don't see a reason to worry for now.

Then you should wait at least 2 months more and contact CIC, maybe prepare to apply again just in case of a rejection, but I personally think you ll get it soon. Not everyone has the same processing time.

Hi DEEPCUR,

While I was checking my CRS score I took 24/28 points for English skills, considering it to CLB 9. My IELTS scores are L=9,R=8, W=7 and S=7.5.
Can you please check it if it is still CLB 9. It is CLB 8 my CRS would be 67/100 just on the border.

Plenty of people have reassured that you won't have any issues! It just looks like you want someone to say 'Hey yes, there is an issue'..

They will consider it. A lot of people provide job contracts with Reference letters.

If you applied already, I think its too late for that. Just wait for now, you should be fine. And dont go crazy. It would make you ineligible.

They will remove that experience and recalculate the points.

If you want confirmation on this, just check the rejection notes sent to people. It will say when this experience is removed, your cutoff falls below the lowest ranked candidate for the draw, and hence we are cancelling your application. Since your cutoff won't fall removing that, you are good to go. That is the reason even Ontario overlooked this experience. If it was affecting the cutoff, they would have requested a different letter for sure.

What if my NOC I mentioned in my e-APR is wrong. Will they reject because I entered the wrong NOC, ad I am supposed to enter the correct NOC even though my CRS does not go down?. Some cranky and strict case officer may think like this.

WOW!!!! You really know how to WORRY!!!! I've seen people worry about their application in this forum but you put them all to shame!

My advice: STOP WORRYING!!!

Yes, if you put down the wrong NOC you can get rejected... Yes if the officer doesn't like one of you ref letters he could disqualify that WE and if that makes you base CRS (without PNP) fall below 400 then he can withdraw your PNP as per OINP guidelines that you must remain above 400 points throughout the whole process... Yes, if he reads something in your LoE that makes him think that you won't settle in Ontario he can reject... Yes, there are infinite reasons you can be rejected.

HOWEVER, try to focus on the positive, you passed OINP and got nominated by Ontario... Why would IRCC reject you after that unless they find out something seriously wrong with you (either medically or security wise)??? Fact is officers don't really do a detailed check for WE in PNP candidates as the Province has already done that, they'll just check one or two to make sure you pass the FSW/CEC requirements (which ever you sub stream is within PNP).

Been there.
I got refused letter too last year at June. Due to lack of Job description. In my case they were asking Employment letter which my HR did provided one, but the one HR provided wasn't the one CIC want. So you have to figure out what format or information CIC wants to know and draft something for it. I will suggest you just find someone(lawyer or consultant) who is capable of review your documents and apply again.
They don't accpet any dispute and not open to review your case, if it's refused, there is no other way but to reapply.
So, good luck and don't waste time thinking about saving this case which i tried but failed.
