If you claimed points for such work experience then yes.
Hi DelPiero07,

In my current company reference letter my boss mentioned only a couple of lines on my job duties. He did not want to write much as I am still working with them. I did not add any LOE explaining this when I submitted my e-APR. While I can say I am claiming points for it, crs score doesnot reduce even if this experience is removed. Also I got OINP nomination who considered the same letter and gave me 600 points. Also my CRS score without OINP points will not drop below 400 as my total work experience with my current company would still be 8 years. While this be grounds for rejection.

Thanks and Regards,
Pavan Kumar Yarala

All experts,
I called to the company today and convinced the HR to provide new letter with job duties and he gave me new letter with duties so should I appeal through CSE?
When I left the company the HR person is strict and rude and she did not mention duties on that time. Today I called the company the HR person is very helpful and he took some time to figure out and send me new letter with duties.
No, you should not appeal, you'd be wasting your time as you did not have such duties in your letter when your application was processed.

Again, re-create your profile and wait for an ITA.

Hi DelPiero07,

I am still worried, can you please explain me in little detail as to how I am safe. May be I did not explain myself correctly. I did not understand why Sanpatel got rejection.

Dears,

I have taken multiple times ielts in the same year and both are valid till 2017 septemeber

I got 8 8 6.5 6.5 in septemeber 2015

Then i updated my CRS with the above score

I have taken ielts again in october 2015 in which my score were dropped to 7,7,6.5,6.5

In this case do i need to updated with new score which will effect my CRS by 5 points...

Please and kindly advise me on the above
You are expected to submit the IELTS result with higher score.

All that matters is, the scores should be valid.

He/She got rejected as he claimed points for work experience without having duties/responsibilities in his/her letter.

Without the points of such work experience he/she fell below the cutoff score for the draw for which he/she received an invitation.

Reference letter must be written exactly as in the CIC instructions.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp

The following documents are mandatory for each work experience declared:

a reference or experience letter from the employer, which should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company), should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits.

Hi DelPiero07,

Mine has only a couple of lines and I am claiming points for it in the sense that I mentioned this experience in my work history. But removing this experience I would still have my total years experience to 8 years which is more than 6 years that is required to get 15 points for work experience in a score of 100. But will IRCC think of not considering this experience if it is difficult to figure out my NOC based on the couple of lines that are written in current company reference letter?. Would they seek more information in my case.

Can I assume that since OINP has not rejected my application as the same letter as submitted to them, IRCC would not reject either?.

Thanks and Regards,
Pavan Kumar Yarala

I just can't see why you'd be in any trouble, your CRS will remain the same and so will your eligibility under FSW.

Don't stress out, you're good to go.

Hi astralsource,

Yes but if they jobs and duties are not mentioned in detail. If only couple of lines are mentioned. Will IRCC think that atleast all the details as per the instructions even though NOT in detail?. My current company letter as I mentioned in my post above to Delpiero mentions only a couple of lines.

Thanks and Regards,
Pavan Kumar Yarala.

Hi DelPiero07,

How about IRCC having trouble in matching duties in my reference letter with the NOC code I mentioned in the e-APR( NOC : 2134). what will they do if they will have problems figuring it out. I am just trying to think in all ways if I there can be trouble. Sorry for being pessimistic.

Thanks and regards,

We've seen rejections in the past when the duties/responsibilities do not match the NOC chosen, this just goes to show the importance of picking the right NOC.

If you're still talking about the work experience that does not affect your score/eligibility again, this shouldn't be a concern.

This is totally depend on VO. Not all the VO work in same manner. Sometimes they ask for more details if they are having trouble; if you fulfill mandatory requirements. Some find grounds to cancel or reject applications.

Hope for the best.

You should be fine.

How many reference letters for NOC 2134 did you provide? If you provide multiple reference letters for NOC 2134 from different companies and now have problems with only one letter, you should be fine.
