You're out of your mind! :o That was a hell of a step. But if we get PPR by next week then the huge risk will be worth it.

Are you basically ready to fly to Canada as soon as you get back the PP (say in 3 weeks or so?)

I was in a situation where i cant stand being in my job much longer, and the lease on my house was up - so am taking a punt. if it gets rejected i have a backup plan... I like to think its more of a calculated gamble rather than madness...

Essentially though I can fly with about a weeks notice... No ties or commitments...

Well, we'll see what the next couple weeks bring. I have a strong suspicion that this will work quite well for you.

Thanks dude - I notice you have changed your signature to something a little more open...

I wish I had your courage. I absolutely hate my job, but I'm too worried to quit it.

No doubts there.

Did we conclusively identify anyone on an 'In Process' status that got rejected? I recall discussing this back then but what was the conclusion? And did we also figure out what processes/stages are pending after status moves to 'In Process'? It did appear, from April till mid June, that PPR was a foregone conclusion when ECAS moved to 'In Process' but were there any other steps in there?

Anyone?
