I and my family are iranian and we have canada immigration visa and we want to land canada as first time I bought lufthansa ticket from istanbul to vancouver but we will have transit to frankfort airport about 5 houres. Do we need transit visa or not?

Check with the airline. They are the ones who will not let you board if you don't have the right docs.

Says regarding an airport transit visa: "
you do not have a valid Canadian PR card or temporary resident visa, or if you stayed in Canada without a visa AND you do hold a passport from the following countries: [Iran]"

I think this is unfortunately poorly phrased because it does not address your case, holding an immigration visa (but not a PR card yet). My gut would be that yes, they will accept.

BUT: it doesn't help you if you're not allowed to board your flight.
