If you have applied as Joint applicants then you can use her Account to show that you as a couple have the funds. If you are the single applicant then you can't.

Hmm I see.
Actually we have applied together. In other words, I am the principal applicant and she is my spouse (I have listed her on my application and have answered she will go with me to Canada). In this way we are joint applicants, right?

Yes that's right. Make sure you recheck the thresholds for couples. Singles and couples may have different proof of funds requirements.

Yeah, I have checked that requirement.
Actually, I already applied through a provincial process (SK), and I got nominated last week (it was very fast!), and then now I need to use my spouse account to match the proof of funds requirement because my nomination came earlier than I thought and the ITA will come soon, which is a great news, isn't? :D

Thank you so much man! I would like to give you a +1, but either I think I am not able to do this or I did not see the button!

I received my IELTS results in mail yesterday and the report date is December 17th. But I entered December 18th when I updated my profile in the morning of last draw!
Do you think I might get rejected for a one day difference? Is it misrepresentation?!

You can still edit this date in the Invitation page.

I thought once you receive the invitation you cannot change anything!!!

It is not misrepresentation. Write an LOW regarding. As long as certificate number matches this shouldn't be an issue and not for rejection for sure.

In the initial form you cannot. But in the post ITA form, they will ask you again these details and you need to complete this before the checklist comes out. Make sure you write everything in correctly.

Thanks alot.
Another question. I have some of my documents translated by an official translator back home. Under each translation there is a sentence saying" True translation certified".
Does this suffice? Or should I have a certified translator in Canada translate them again?

Another question. I currently live in Canada. Do I need to get a police certificate from Canada too?

1. No, IRC does it's own checks. If the want one for Canada, they will specifically request it.
