i think you can make as many profiles as you want. You only have to prove it once to accept the ITA and apply for PR. I think before that, you can make multiple profiles even with same numbers.

when you create your profile it asks for passport no and name .. it's not just another website were you register with fake ids... And more over they take ielts document no .. eca assessment no.. nothing can be a fraud ..

Agreed but you can put whatever you want in work experience and also you can put certificate of qualification which gives you more points. You can also create multiple cic accounts and use same pp no. to make multiple EE profiles.

Moreover Ontario has asked candidates twice to re create their profiles and I doubt if everyone who made new profiles deleted/withdrew the first one. Just saying ;D

it would be helpful if they release the stats regarding number of people who have actually applied for PR in last one year through EE. Not just number of ITA's issued. Number of ITA's is not a true representation.

but simply misrepresented facts and creating profile is waste of time and they are kind of blocking people chance s who are very close..

That's exactly the point we were discussing. Duplicate profiles. Wasted ITAs

Scenario 1: Your theory of duplicate/fake profiles is not true. Then there are no wasted ITAs.

Scenario 2: Your theory of duplicate/fake profiles is correct. Then CIC has some experience about the percentage of unused ITAs/fake profiles and adjusts the number of ITAs accordingly so they get the number of actual applications that they want.

In any case, duplicate or fake profiles is the last thing to blame for the score.

Got my IELTS results this morning and updated my profile!
score increased from 401 to 465 and received ITA today!
I hope everything is correct on my profile and I don't have to decline it!

@JoacRy, i feel you.no point taking any unecessary risks. i came into the usa last week and saw a border officer question some people so hard they started stammering to the point she had to send them for extra questioning.
my point is even though we may b technically right in some situations....it really does depend on the officer handling your file.
one everyone must do though...
PREPARE YOUR APPLICATION LIKE THE MEANEST VO WILL PROCESS IT.
