1. I am applying from KSA my name is XY in my Iqama (Resident Permit for ksa) they wrote my name XY+father name (my name does not include father name). So please tell what will be my given and family name in application form.
2. I am applying under NOC 3112 do I h to give my matric and inter orignal transcripts.
3. I am planning score 5 points for my aunti in canada from where do attest copies of documents (Phone bill, passport , citizenship card) from canada or pakistan or ksa
4. Can any doctor tell me do I have to submit my pmdc certificate also with other documents.
5. Do any one know a good and valid attestation and translation service in pakistan.

( Write the name according to the passport not according to the Iqama, If on passport you have your family name then write other wise write only your name XY, First Name and Last Name only)

4.Can any doctor tell me do I have to submit my pmdc certificate also with other documents. (yes you can - but I am not a doctor)
5.Do any one know a good and valid attestation and translation service in Pakistan. ( all big cities in Pakistan have the registered Translator and attestation services, I think all are good as long as they have license and it is recognized by Government, By the way you can do this all services in KSA, we have done it in Riyadh, If you are in Riyadh check on Salahuddin Ayubi road , Batha Comercial Street and Sulimania road , you will find many offices offering the translation and legal attestation services.)

1. Follow your passport for names.
2. Carefully check the documents checklist, if they are asking for matric and inter as well then include them, I have seen many cases including myself who didnot send the originals, I have got my university transcript verified by university along with notarisation and put it in uni sealed envolop.
3. For the documents issued from canada, you can submit the copies with notarisation (I submitted without notarisation).
4. There is no need to submit PMDC certificate unless stated in the current checklist.
5. If you are from karachi, there are many shops around civic centre for natarisations, translations etc etc...

Also since it was honorary house job i was not paid for it, is this experience counted?
