What if my application gets submitted the same day when the crs draw score is announced? Will I be eligible for an invitation?
Didn't receive ITA, even I have eligable score & draw is lower

My score is 489, and today's draw was 461. However, I didn't receive any ITA. I immediately called the IRCC agent who told me to wait a week if still, I don't get the ITA to contact them.
I'm trying to send an enquiry through this https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx website, but the NEXT button isn't clickable. LOL
What am I supposed to do? To wait for a week?
Honestly, the agent I talked to sounded so clueless.....

My score is 467 and today draw is done with cut off score 400 but I am not invited. Still on my profile it is showing as eligible and waiting for pick up.
Can someone help why it was happened like that?
Today morning draw done at morning 10 AM but still no update. So shall I wait or suggest me how raise the concern with IRCC.

Do you have at least one year of Canadian full time and paid skilled work experience within the last 3 years?
If you do, then just wait. It can take 24 hours to receive ITA.
Yes I have 2 years of experience and the score also showing but I have not received any email and profile status also not updated yet.
As you suggested I can wait till 24 hours.
I have a CRS of 490 and the latest draw (Jan 18th, 2023) had a minimum score of 490. I passed the tie breaking rule as my profile was submitted Nov 18, 2022 and the tie breaker was Nov 24, 2022. It's been over 48hours now and I am still yet to receive an ITA. My status still remains "You are a candidate. We will send you a message if you are invited to apply." Is something wrong? What should I do? Please help
