Didn't receive ITA, even I have eligable score & draw is lower

My Canadian employer sent me to a foreign country to work for 3 months, but all the payment still go through Canadian System. When I fill in the address history, do I need to fill in my foreign country address when I stay in a foreign country? Will my 3-month work outside Canada with Canadian regular payment be accepted as Canadian work experience? Please help!!!

What stream will you apply under?
Fill in all travel history, do n9ot leave any gaps. Also it should still count even if it was a different company, and seeing it is the same . You should be good

Initially I contacted regular Immigration helpline 1800 242 2100
and by that after speaking to an agent, she sent me an email with below link to detail my issue and submit.

I have applied SINP oid EOI 3 months before (NOC 2131 Civil engineer) The point is 61, the cutoff points are also 61 for the past draw (1st Nov), but as of now I am not getting an invitation. shall I send an email to SINP or IRCC. Please guide me
