I have a CRS score of 453. In the recent draw (April 11 2018), the cut off score was 444. I still didn't get my ITA. Is there any reason?

this is what explained as tie breaker rule. this is my exact situation. my score is 448 and the latest cutoff is 444.
`For example, if you are in the Express Entry System and your Comprehensive Ranking System Score is 448, and they select anyone with a score of 444 or above, you would not be effected by the tie-breaking rule. If you had a score of 444 however, then the tie-breaking rule would apply to you.`

Earlier you mentioned your score as 444, that's why was asked to check the tie breaker rule.

Submitted my profile on 7th April 2018. and sorry my score is 448. No ITA yet. waiting for the next draw.

Hi, Check whether the tie breaker rule is applied this time or not. If i am not wrong last time Tie breaker was applied on 26th March 2018 draw

I also didn't receive the ITA last time even though my score was more than the cutoff. All the best

My score is 448. in fact i am in pool from January and i got ITA in January itself. due to personal reasons i declined my ITA 1st week of April. even though April 1st week draw the cutoff was 444 (less than 448) i didnt get ITA, not sure about the reason. but this time i did.

Thank you for your quick reply. I had received a message 3 days ago saying I am the candidates and I am in the pool. Before the latest draw, I did not register the Job account. Does that impact my application? Thank you
